  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Package Your Item(s): Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item(s): Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
  5. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bushcraft Knives: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bushcraft knives once they have been used or sharpened.
  • Fire Starter Kits: Used fire starter kits cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene concerns.
  • Personalized Items: Any items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned unless they are defective.
